Intelligent integrated photovoltaic cell transformer is a complete set of 10-35kV three-phase AC 50/60Hz equipment, integrating high-voltage switch cabinet, dry-type transformer, low-voltage switch cabinet, intelligent communication cabinet and shell equipment into one, realizing photovoltaic power station AC power distribution, voltage boost and intelligent communication and other functions. The products are widely used in distributed and centralized photovoltaic power stations, meeting GB 17467, GB 1094.11, GB 7251.1, GB 3906 and other standard requirements.

Environmental adaptability
• Anti-corrosion ability: The shell is container type, adopts high weather resistant steel plate, and the anti-corrosion grade is C4/C5.
• Thermal insulation: 50mm thick rock wool is installed inside the shell, which has a good effect of fire prevention, heat insulation and heat preservation.
• Ventilation and heat dissipation: The air inlet is equipped with S-shaped louver, and the interior is equipped with dustproof net, which can effectively prevent dust and sand.


Dry type transformer: reliable quality, free of maintenance
• The whole dry transformer has passed C2 grade climate test and E2 grade environmental test, and its quality is reliable.
• Dry type transformer passed F1 combustion test, fireproof, no pollution.
• Dry transformers are maintenance-free and have no maintenance costs.
The sealing ring between the oil transformer box and the top cover will age after a long period of time and needs to be replaced. Oil changing insulation oil needs
Regular oil sample analysis and oil filtration will affect photovoltaic power generation and reduce revenue.
